St. Joseph’s Foundation has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our data is stored in password-controlled servers with strictly limited access within our company. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our donation clerk) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy.

If any donor or supporter would like to discontinue receiving communication from us, or to modify their contact information, they can notify us at sjftb@tbh.net or call our office at 768-4440.  While donor information must be retained, we will ensure that no further unwanted communication will occur.
