- 9:00am — Practice range opens
- 9:30am — Registration opens
- 10:00am — Putting contest opens
- 10:30am — Shotgun start
- 3:30pm — Network reception, silent auction, appetizer & cocktail
- 4:00pm — Putting contest closes
- 4:30pm — Evening program begins (pavilion dining area)
- 4:45pm — Dinner
- 6:00pm — Silent auction closes
- 6:20pm — Presentation, prizes, silent auction & LIVE auction
