Priorities

Capital equipment

Each year, St. Joseph's Care Group identifies essential equipment that must be replaced or upgraded to support safe, dignified care. These capital needs are not typically funded through provincial operating dollars—so donor support helps ensure our teams have the tools they need across SJCG sites.

If there is a specific program or site you'd like to support, please contact our Foundation office.

Impact

More than just equipment

While donations are designated for capital equipment, the impact reaches far beyond the items themselves—supporting comfort, independence, safety, and hope for the people and families who rely on SJCG services.

Your support helps to
  • Ease pain and provide comfort during end-of-life care.
  • Bring joy and progress to someone rebuilding strength and mobility.
  • Improve well-being for people receiving addictions and mental health supports.
  • Protect dignity by enabling greater independence in daily life.
  • Provide peace of mind that loved ones are safe and supported.

With your continued generosity, St. Joseph's Foundation can strengthen care and community services for people across Northwestern Ontario—now and for the future.
