St. Joseph's Foundation of Thunder Bay is seeking a passionate and relationship-driven philanthropy professional to join our team as Philanthropy Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with community leaders, philanthropists, and families who are making a lasting impact on healthcare in our region.
Guided by the compassionate legacy of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Sault Ste. Marie, St. Joseph's Foundation inspires philanthropy and champions generosity to advance the mission of St. Joseph's Care Group. Through the support of donors and community partners, we help enhance care, improve lives, and create healthier communities across Northwestern Ontario.
As Philanthropy Manager, you Will:
• Build and manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects who are passionate about improving healthcare in our community
• Develop and grow our legacy giving program, helping donors create gifts that will impact generations to come
• Cultivate meaningful relationships through personalized engagement, stewardship, and strategic solicitation
• Work closely with Foundation leadership to identify opportunities, grow philanthropic investment, and achieve ambitious revenue generation
• Play a key role in advancing mental health and addictions care, rehabilitation, long-term care, supportive housing, hospice care, and other essential healthcare services throughout Northwestern Ontario

Whether your experience comes from philanthropy, business development, sales, financial services, or a related field, we want to hear from individuals who are motivated by making a difference.
